TriCity Construction provides construction, renovation, and related services in the NYC and Westchester areas. All services are subject to separate written contracts and agreements.
All estimates and quotes provided are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope adjustments. Final pricing will be detailed in the project contract.
We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract and vary based on project type and materials used.
Any changes to approved plans may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All modifications must be approved in writing before implementation.
TriCity Construction shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, material shortages, or regulatory changes.
All designs, plans, and materials created by TriCity Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
Either party may terminate a project contract according to the terms specified in the individual agreement. Termination fees may apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
